Born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina, Seth began his acting career in local theater.  Acting in more than a dozen plays, his energy and charisma connected him with audiences early on and fueled his love for the craft.

Although he took drama classes in high school and college, he never thought pursuing acting professionally was a possibility, especially not after getting married right after college.

“I was afraid. I felt the need to have a stable career to provide for my family.  Acting doesn’t often provide that luxury.”

So instead of graduating college with a degree in theatre, he finished with one in public relations and advertising.

Then after a brief career in public relations and graphic design, Seth decided that he could no longer sit on his desire to act professionally, and he and his (extremely supportive) wife moved from Virginia Beach to Los Angeles in September 2006.

Seth was professionally trained at The Sanford Meisner Center in Los Angeles under the instruction of Sanford Meisner’s protegee, Martin Barter and Alex Taylor.  He graduated from the school’s Professional Acting Program, completing the comprehensive two-year training in an intensive 30 weeks.

“We started with 18 students, and only six of us finished.  It was an intense growing experience, both personally and professionally.  Training every day created valuable habits in me that I continue to use every day.”

Seth continues to study and work as an actor in Los Angeles, CA, where he resides with the best wife ever.
